Our supportive administrative staff handles tedious tasks for you (scheduling, insurance authorizations, referrals, etc) so that therapists can truly focus on providing the highest quality of therapy for the families we serve.  Full-time therapists have dedicated treatment rooms, in addition to shared gym spaces. Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will work with children of varying ages and abilities, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pediatric speech and language development, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (obtained or in process).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly children with developmental delays, autism, and other communication disorders.
  • Strong understanding of child development and evidence-based therapy practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
