We are currently seeking a Full Time Clinical Director with a strong skillset in orthopedics.  We offer a full benefit package including a competitive salary and bonus program all in an autonomous work environment where leaders can excel and grow within TheraSport.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
• Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
• Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.
  
• Participate in outcomes tracking and monitoring.
• Serve as a key clinical marketing contact for the office.
• Appropriately delegate tasks to support personnel and interns and conduct monthly 1:1 meetings with team members
• Participate in professional development, educational activities and attend / lead team meetings.
  
• Create a clinical environment that cultivates TheraSport's culture, core values, and ensures our standard of care.
