Job Title: Tech - Computed Tomography (CT)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tech - Computed Tomography (CT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CT equipment to produce diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues. They will work closely with radiologists to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging results.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
2. Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
3. Position and instruct patients for imaging scans.
4. Monitor patients for any adverse reactions during imaging procedures.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and image documentation.
6. Collaborate with radiologists to interpret imaging results.
7. Regularly calibrate and maintain CT equipment.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) technology.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of radiology principles and procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with CT equipment.
