Job Title: CT Technician (Nights and Days)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technician to join our team to work both nights and days. The CT Technician will be responsible for operating CT imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images of patients. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform CT scans on patients as requested by physicians
- Ensure patient safety during imaging procedures
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Communicate with patients to explain procedures and address any concerns
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification in Radiologic Technology and CT scanning
- Previous experience working as a CT Technician preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
