Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures on patients at our medical facility. The ideal candidate will be able to operate X-ray and other medical imaging equipment with precision and accuracy to provide high-quality images for interpretation by physicians.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process to them
- Position patients correctly to obtain the best possible images
- Operate X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and other imaging equipment as needed
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure their safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to determine the best imaging techniques
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology
- ARRT certification and state licensure required
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of medical imaging procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
