What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant to the CEO position at ThermaGEL Innovations, Inc.?
The executive assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on all matters pertaining to the CEO. The executive assistant also serves as a liaison to the staff, organizes and coordinates meetings and travel logistics, and oversees special projects. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as administrative, interpersonal, and organization skills. It will be important that the candidate has the ability to balance multiple priorities while using discretion with confidential information. The executive assistant is responsibility for managing the CEOs schedule and organizing meetings both internal and external.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in executive administrative support and personal assistance to senior executives
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in calendar management and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle event planning and project coordination
