Thermal Control Products (TCP), specializes in the custom design and execution of a wide variety of thermal and protective components and heat shield products. We work with clients across several different industries, from motorsports to the military, aerospace to aviation, engineering to, well...just about everything else! Seeking an “A” type personality for an introduction into the fast paced market of Professional Racing. In this position you will act as a liaison between customers and the company's internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate initial order processing and subsequent delivery.
This position will work Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM
JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY
- Communicates with customers and sales force to receive orders and provide internal and external updates as well as any other information necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enters new orders in the system and creates estimates and invoices according to customer’s requirements while coordinating pricing and other relevant details with salesforce.
- Provides production department with work orders with complete and detailed work instructions, as well as any other pertinent information.
- Managing and ensuring prompt shipping or delivery to customers.
- Answering phones and greeting customers & various visitors.
- Creating bulletins, memos, and other documents as required by management.
- Maintaining and organizing office supplies inventory.
- Any other functions required by management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Technically skilled in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
- Must be able to convey product information and availability to customers.
- Attentive listening skills, sharp memory, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and proactive execution.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be tenacious and assertive with a questioning mind
