WHAT'S REQUIRED?
Accuracy, organization, and a great attitude are your keys to success in this administrative role! You're involved in various parts of our office, assisting with tasks like data entry, order processing, and customer service. Speaking with clients through email and phone, you facilitate smooth communication, help resolve problems and concerns, maintain account information, and inform them about our promotions and special deals. You help customers with whatever they need, such as making returns and processing payments. As you perform data entry and update our files, you take pride in helping us serve our customers!
Here's what we're looking for:
- 1 years of office administration education or comparable work experience
- Computer proficiency and experience with applications like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Phone etiquette, communication skills, and ability to learn business telephone systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical duties such as regularly sitting, standing, using a computer, and moving up to 25 pounds
