Salary : $24-$30 DOE Hourly

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This hybrid role combines exceptional customer service with marketing expertise to enhance customer satisfaction, drive engagement, and contribute to brand growth. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, customer-focused, and eager to leverage marketing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Responsibilities :

  • Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Assist in the development and execution of email, print, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Update and develop print and digital graphic content.
  • Develop graphics for advertising and execute campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Assist third party marketing team with website updates, blog content, and SEO optimization.
  • Track campaign performance and analyze marketing data to improve strategies.
  • Help plan and execute customer promotions, and events.

Customer Service (CSR) Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive brand experience.
  • Process orders and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer records in the CRM system and document interactions.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products / services.
  • Assist in developing FAQs and knowledge base content to improve self-service options.

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with social media management, email marketing, or digital advertising is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools (e.g. Service Assistant, Salesforce, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a passion for enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Self-starter with ability to bring new ideas to the team.
  • Graphic design and content creation skills.
