Group Leader Team Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee laboratory operations, supervise team members, and ensure compliance with protocols and SOPs.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee laboratory activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Serve as a technical resource for team members, providing guidance on experimental design, data analysis, and report writing.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of accuracy and precision.
• Maintain open communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize laboratory workflows.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 1 year of leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated expertise in technical operating systems, analytical methods, and QA metrics.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
