**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Laboratory Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Careers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site management and direction to laboratory staff and resources for project activities and needs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily operations to monitor quality and project timelines.
- Assist in preparation and implementation of company policies, quality systems, and training programs.
- Coordinate with client's project lead(s) to define analytical work packages and schedule activities within the analytical team.
- Review and verify experimental data/electronic lab notebook experiments for formulation/process development samples and clinical trial supplies.
- Mentor junior staff on new analytical techniques and revised analytical procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in lab sciences or equivalent experience.
- Validated leadership skills and proven ability to perform supervisory tasks.
- Experience in HPLC and analytical methodology is a must.
