Your leadership will ensure flawless operations and compliance, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
What will you do :
Develop and implement strategic manufacturing automation and integrated lab initiatives to support business objectives.
Lead a team of manufacturing and lab IT professionals, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Ensure flawless integration of manufacturing and lab systems across a sophisticated landscape.
Maintain strict alignment to industry standards and regulatory requirements while driving improved system performance.
Build and maintain positive relationships with local and global teams to determine and prioritize technology needs.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve project goals within established timelines.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Coordinate cybersecurity measures to safeguard critical infrastructure and data.
How will you get here :
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. A master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
Experience
At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing or lab related IT roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
Good understanding of manufacturing automation and lab systems integration and architecture.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and encourage teams.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards.
