Essential Functions:
- Manage consumable supplies by ordering, stocking, and labeling all laboratory supplies.
- Support laboratory operations through effective sample management, labeling of testing supplies, data entry, and logistics coordination.
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects to improve laboratory efficiency.
- Implement and maintain digital laboratory platforms and applications to streamline processes.
- Perform all duties in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, and Safety guidelines.
- Maintain the necessary compliance status required by company and facility standards.
- High school degree or equivalent experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in science, preferably in Chemistry, Science, or Computer Science is preferred.
Previous experience with laboratory systems and software applications such as a LIMS is beneficial.
Required:
- Awareness of quality and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good problem-solving skills and a logical approach to solving scientific problems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
- Knowledge of basic laboratory operations.
- Experienced use of database applications and inventory management systems.
- Ability to apply mathematical operations.
