We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Services Director to lead our laboratory team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, and developing strategies for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical laboratory science, leadership experience, and a proven track record of driving results. A bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science and certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent are required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve laboratory operations.
- Oversee personnel management, operational oversight, regulatory compliance, customer interaction, quality assurance, employee development, and budget management.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including site leadership and other lab supervisors.
