Compensation And Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $19.77–$29.66.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily distribution activities, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Lead and motivate the team to meet daily efficiency and quality objectives.
- Resolve exceptions and problems to maintain high accuracy levels.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels in coordination with the Supervisor.
- Direct workflow and provide instructions when the Supervisor is unavailable.
- Train new hires and temporary employees on standard operating procedures and equipment usage.
- Promote and maintain a safe, injury-free work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- General warehouse experience preferred.
- Willingness to acquire forklift certification and experience operating powered industrial trucks.
- Proficiency with computers and scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Physical capability to stand and move frequently, including walking, bending, and reaching.
- Reliable and predictable attendance is essential.
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
- Ability to lift, carry, pull, and push up to 70 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally, with or without accommodation.
