Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete machine start-ups with precision.
- Respond swiftly to machine, robot, TCU, and secondary equipment alarms.
- Ensure machines and robots are operating at their maximum efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine, mold, and material issues flawlessly.
- Report complexities to the Production Engineer that require special attention.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork with strict adherence.
- Manage and complete all die change activities efficiently.
- Maintain the outstanding appearance of all TCUs and Robot Control Stations.
- Ensure accurate care and disposal of all equipment and purgings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with innovative ideas.
- Follow all OSHA safety rules and regulations diligently.
- Make necessary machine and equipment control adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Support the development of Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in the injection molding process and tooling, including troubleshooting and qualifications.
- Experience in process validations through IQ, OQ, & PQ or equivalent experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
