Responsibilities :
- Collect and evaluate personnel performance and performance data and initiate corrective actions Lead and influence the continuous improvement of quality systems and processes
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels according to production schedule
- Effective people management to ensure timely responses and resolutions of people issues including absence and capability issues whilst maintaining a healthy working team ethic.
- Drive safety standards in collaboration with the Health and Safety team while engagement within the team to ensure Safety is a priority and maintain 5s in the manufacturing area. Ensure relevant Gemba's are completed monthly.
- Report hazard IDs and near misses and ensure all relevant PPE is being worn
- Ensure housekeeping standards are met and maintained within the manufacturing facility on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure all product is of the highest quality following cGMP and SOPs.
- Conduct and participate in daily tier meetings with staff and leadership.
- Conduct process audits to ensure compliance.
- Perform investigations of equipment, errors, people, quality and safety.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $31.73-$46.75.
