This new innovative facility will provide additional distribution capacity for finished goods on the East Coast and help build a seamless supply chain to improve our customer experience. Summary:
You will contribute to the development and implementation of the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) program at the site level. You will build on the strengths of company programs, while leading new initiatives to discover opportunities for improvement.
- Insightfully cultivate an action-biased culture of continuous improvement to improve KPIs, in the areas of safety, customer, finance, people and quality.
- Facilitates cross-functional teams to improve current processes onsite and communicates results/expectations
- Monitors and reports key performance indicators, performs root cause analysis, implements action plans, and strives for continuous improvement
- Processes data, creates presentations, and records results using Microsoft office programs
- Work with the expanded team to develop/promote/standardize the PPI Business System further
- Proactively collaborate with internal customers and peers to drive continuous improvement initiatives, using Lean and Six Sigma principles
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, or related field is preferred.
Experience
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and/or Good Documentation Practices (cGDP) is a plus.
