We're looking for a Major Account Billing Specialist to the own the billing process, collaborate with clients , and ensure smooth financial operations for our top accounts. What You'll Do (Your Day -to-Day)
- Own the Billings Process-Set up and manage contracts, collect meter readings, and ensure accurate monthly billing
- Work Directly with Clients-Create custom billing spreadsheets and resolve billing inquiries with a customer-first approach
- Stay Organized & Efficient- Manage records, ensure contract compliance and keep customer accounts updated
- Automate & Improve Processes-Work with e-billing systems, autopay solutions and digital tools to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with Teams-Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Support to streamline operations
