*This position will be based onsite out of our Precision Boilers Division office located at 5727 Superior Drive, Morristown, TN 37184
Contract Recruiter (Onsite):
Responsibilities:
Candidate Pipeline Generation and Management
- Own the candidate funnel for a variety of manufacturing related positions across the U.S., Canada, Latin America.
- Maintain a keen sense of urgency and consistency in screening resumes, assessing qualifications, recognizing culture fit, conducting phone screens, video/onsite interviews.
- Manage candidate communication and experience.
- Adhere to Thermon's diversity and compliance practices.
Required Experience/Skills
- Experience filling Manufacturing or Construction Roles Required (e.g. CAD drafters, Maintenance Technicians, Safety Specialist, Electrical Designers, Production Workers etc)
- Minimum of 4 years work experience as a full life cycle recruiter is required.
- Experience in building, cultivating, and sustaining networks of qualified, passive candidates and creating mechanisms to effectively manage a candidate pool required.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems is required.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Must be able and open to travel domestically -/ 10%, mostly within Austin, San Marcos area.
