We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to modernize manufacturing processes, incorporating new technologies and best practices.
- Build, train, and manage a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor production schedules, budgets, and KPIs to meet company goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and product quality.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational scalability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Military experience preferred.
- 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to modernize operations and integrate innovative solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in workforce development and team building.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven setting.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. With the exceptions of breaktime, this position requires being on your feet for the entire shift. You must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
