Our Affiliate Marketing Manager is no different. As competitors get faster at trying to copy us, we look for new ways to build relationships and communicate our product stories to our affiliates and influencers in a way that stands out and resonates.
About the Role:
We are looking for a full-time Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive significant revenue growth through affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in affiliate sales, or other sales experience, have excellent communication skills, naturally curious of what our affiliates/influencers do, be well organized, be highly competent and passionate about digital marketing and content strategy.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Significantly increase affiliate sales revenue
- Survey all food bloggers, analyze web presence, social media, and content fit and identify key targets for recruiting
- Recruit new content affiliates, joint venture partners, and strategic partners
- Build strong relationships with key affiliates through regular communication
- Drive affiliate mentions of ThermoWorks products and temperature-focused content creation
- Work with other brands in the industry on collaborative marketing opportunities
- Track and analyze data on a frequent basis and report insightful findings to key internal stakeholders
- Conduct competitive intelligence to understand how ThermoWorks is positioned in the industry
- Create and negotiate special affiliate promotions
- Collaborate with our Social Media & Community Manager in working with influencers/affiliates on social media
- Work with creative team to develop digital collateral to support promotions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing, affiliate sales, public relations or other sales experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic winning attitude
- Goal-oriented and able to regularly hit targets
- Ability to understand and communicate brand strategy
- Self-motivated and willing to pick up the phone to build relationships
- Grilling, BBQ and/or cooking experience helpful but not required

- Background working with affiliate commission tracking programs (ImpactRadius, Post Affiliate Pro, CommissionJunction, etc.)
