Enterprise Sales Professional

ThermoWorks is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing end-user key accounts, leveraging your expertise in the food industry to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Main Objectives:

  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with commercial food professionals, identifying opportunities to provide tailored solutions and grow our customer base.
  • To analyze market trends and competitor activity, staying ahead of the competition and informing our sales approach.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and goal alignment.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a B2B direct selling environment.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
  • Strong industry knowledge and connections within the food service, food distribution, instrumentation, or sensors sectors.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).
