Job Description: Client Partner - Microsoft Account

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain account development plans for multiple clients.
  • Lead outreach and drive mining and farming activities in data science, engineering, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and co-sell partner connections.
  • Identify and penetrate market segments, verticals, and regions to drive new revenue through customer acquisition and user adoption.
  • Promote the adoption of data analytics solutions for customer success.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify solutions for client challenges.
  • Foster a community of practitioners to create analytics solutions.
  • Leverage relationships for intra-client growth opportunities.
  • Present client success stories and case studies to demonstrate capabilities.
  • Organize marketing events to build the brand.
  • Lead consulting engagements to shape and implement analytics projects, such as defining customer behavior for data science modeling of sales forecasting.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of professional experience, preferably in analytics roles within consulting or technology industries.
  • Experience in handling Microsoft accounts in the last 5 years.
  • Executive presence with the ability to present to and influence VP/CXO stakeholders.
  • Proven business development capability in selling analytics/technology projects.
  • Exceptional project management, road mapping, collaboration, and team-building skills.
  • Strong ability to build internal and external networks.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a solid understanding of analytics, machine learning, and/or IT delivery.
  • Experience with Big 4 consulting/delivery is preferred.
