What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Partner position at Theron Solutions?
Responsibilities:
- Manage a P&L of approximately $30M annually
- Achieve quarterly revenue growth of 4% Q-o-Q
- Maintain and enhance client relationships at the VP and CIO levels
- Elevate the company's position within client business units through thought leadership and innovative engagement and operating models
- Recruit key talent in the region to strengthen the company's position as the technology leader of choice
- Ensure successful project delivery in collaboration with offshore delivery partners
- Foster an environment of excellence in Sales, Delivery, and People
- Coach and mentor next-generation leaders
Qualifications:
- Total experience of 15 to 20 years, with at least 5 years in a similar role from a major competitor
- 4-year undergraduate degree from a premier institution; MBA is a plus
- Experience in Retail Pharmacy is essential
- Proven track record of managing a P&L of about $20M
- Strong healthcare knowledge
