EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 15 years of operations and development experience in sizable, intricate organizations, with at least 10 years in a leadership role driving operations and performance outcomes required.
- Substantial experience in a matrixed organizational structure, effective cross-functional team collaboration, and adept management of competing priorities.
- A proven track record of achieving or surpassing goals and developing strategy rooted in best practices in a medium to large, fast-paced nonprofit environment with a diverse revenue stream.
- Experience managing data and converting it into actionable information.
- Experience leading organizational change with diverse constituencies and capacity building at all levels of the organization.
- Experience leveraging technology and information to creatively identify prospects, retain and upgrade donors, steward gifts, and inform future investments in program growth.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSAs):
- A keen understanding of the intricacies and opportunities within the healthcare domain is vital.
- Strategic leadership that can compellingly innovate fundraising processes, as well as envision new revenue-generating opportunities.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills are necessary along with the ability to be highly organized, creative, energetic, and assertive and exhibit the independent judgment and personal integrity necessary to carry out a senior management role in fundraising.
- A teamwork-oriented approach to colleagues and proven ability to manage people in a positive and constructive environment are essential.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting budgeting, principles and applications.

- Ability to manage through others to ensure adherence to the highest quality standards, with the ability to collaborate and drive for results.
