Our client, a top tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm is looking for a Junior Financial Business Analyst for a top tier US Bank.
Qualification & Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Perform process analysis and identify areas for improvement in financial operations.
- Develop project documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals.
- Support testing efforts, including the preparation and execution of UAT test cases.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and provide regular updates on project progress.
- 3-7 years of Business Analyst experience in the Banking / Finance industry.
- Familiarity with financial products and operational workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office
