Our client, a top-tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Business Analystwith a strong focus on CFTC Regulatory Reporting, Dodd-Frank compliance, and CFTC/SEC reporting requirements. The ideal candidates will have deep expertise in swaps regulations and a solid understanding of regulatory compliance within the financial services industry. This role requires working closely with stakeholders to analyse regulatory requirements and ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with CFTC standards.
Qualification & Responsibilities:
· Interpret, analyze, and implement CFTC regulatory reporting requirements, Dodd-Frank Act compliance, and SEC reporting mandates, ensuring all deliverables are met accurately and on time.
· Gather and document business requirements related to CFTC/SEC reporting and swaps regulations, translating them into actionable specifications for development teams.
· Collaborate with business, compliance, and IT teams to support regulatory reporting processes and address reporting-related issues.
· Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in regulatory reporting.
· Conduct thorough data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity in regulatory reports, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accuracy.
· Monitor regulatory changes impacting CFTC/SEC reporting and swaps rules, leading necessary adjustments to processes, documentation, and systems.
· Maintain detailed documentation for Dodd-Frank compliance, swaps regulations, and regulatory reporting processes, ensuring adherence to all applicable standards.
· For senior roles, provide project oversight, mentor junior BAs, and support the development of strategic initiatives in regulatory reporting.
· Strong understanding of CFTC regulatory reporting, swaps compliance, and SEC requirements in financial services.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements to various stakeholders.
