We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships team based in London and New York. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering strategic partnership objectives, managing existing partnerships, enabling partner success, and identifying and proactively engaging in new opportunities to expand into key partnership verticals. This position requires a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of partnership strategy, exceptional collaborative and relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver measurable revenue through partner channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Banking and Fintech commercial teams to operate as one unified revenue-generating organization.
- Deliver qualified opportunities to the direct commercial team, driving year-on-year growth in ARR through partnerships.
- Focus on generating revenue in Thetaray's most successful markets via strategic partnerships.
- Serve as the main contact for existing partners, maintaining regular communication and setting strategic goals to grow revenue and pipeline.
- Build strong, long-term partnerships to foster collaboration and increase ARR annually.
- Monitor partner performance and allocate resources to optimize strategic relationships.
- Develop and execute partner enablement programs, including training, resources, and support materials.
- Organize regular partner briefings, workshops, and events to drive alignment and engagement.
- Ensure partners are equipped to effectively represent and sell Thetaray’s solutions.
- Align closely with marketing, solutions, product, and other teams to maximize partner program impact.
- Identify, engage, and recruit new partners in key verticals aligned with company goals while exploring untapped opportunities to expand the ecosystem.
- Drive revenue growth through joint go-to-market strategies, track progress on revenue targets, and represent Thetaray at industry events to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- 5 years in partnerships management, business development, or a similar role, in RegTech, Financial Services, or FinTech.
- At least 2.1 Bachelor’s degree in Business related field or equivalent. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are a plus.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships. The existing book of partnerships contacts is a plus.
- Highly collaborative mindset, focused on joint value and growth objectives.
- Ability to identify and develop strategic opportunities that drive mutual value.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable revenue and achieve partnership goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with financial crime prevention, AI/ML technologies, and B2B SaaS ecosystems is highly desirable.
