The Onsite Media Associate within Dermstore’s Retail Media structure is responsible for securing, allocating and optimizing brand investment across Dermstore’s owned inventory (Web App). This includes managing the performance of onsite programmatic inventory (e.g. sponsored products ads, display banners and transaction moment), retention marketing activities and our first party insights proposition.

Media Planning
As an Onsite Media Associate, you'll:
- Working closely and collaboratively with internal Buying, Trade & Marketing teams to respond strategically to brand briefs for retail media plans
- Identifying appropriate target audiences using internal & external insight
- Developing brand media plans with appropriate measures of success identified
- Preparing & presenting post campaign reporting to relevant stakeholders
- Activation & optimization of sponsored banners, sponsored product ads and transaction moment ads (Criteo & Dynamic Yield)
- Working collaboratively with the central Digital Activation & trade/UX stakeholders to review inventory innovation opportunities alongside organic inventory performance
- AB testing new inventory to determine optimum on site media mix
- Lead onsite efforts to engage repeat customers through personalized offers
- Partner with the retention team to test and optimize various retention tactics such as cart abandonment emails & loyalty rewards
- Implement product recommendations and personalized content to enhance user experience and increase repeat purchases
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Criteo, ROKT or similar to measure onsite traffic and behavior, providing insights for optimization
- Track KPIs including bounce rates, cart abandonment, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics
- Brand level campaign reporting to demonstrate ROI of investments
- Provide insights on customer level data to demonstrate the ROI of Dermstore’s first party data
- Management of our insights proposition and the externalization of this product
- Operate brand-facing, building authentic relationships with Dermstore’s key brand partners to develop/pitch data-driven on-site digital plans to drive brand growth
- Securing incremental digital investment with new brand partners, through effective forecasting, pitching and communication
- Continuous suggestion of optimizations for campaigns to agreed ROI targets
- Supporting the team in delivering best-in-class mid & post-campaign reporting to demonstrate uplifts generated and showcase investments’ ROI
- Working with our in-house design team to deliver best in class assets for our brand partners, aligned to Dermstore guidelines
- Reporting performance vs target and driving strategy for continued growth of the function
- Budget management – continuous review of partners’ available budgets and plans in place to maximize
- Continuous learning and development in understanding the Retail Media environment, remaining specialist to deliver innovative media strategy for brand partners
- Strong understanding of onsite advertising, especially Criteo (or equivalent)
- Expertise in eCommerce platforms and product page optimization
- Experience with website analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies
- Comfortable and effective communication experience with both internal and external stakeholders
- Salary: $67,500 - $72,500
