- Responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing management of the wound care program operations, in conjunction with Hospital and Company standards, protocols, guidelines, policies and procedures for program operations.
- Responsible for working with appropriate Hospital and/or Company personnel to ensure adequate space, equipment, supplies, and services for wound care program.
- Accesses and analyzes existing data including patient satisfaction, develops monthly operation reports, make recommendations and take action as appropriate to insure compliance and success of program.
- Acts as a member of hospital management team, cultivating and maintaining relationship with hospital clients and developing opportunities for program expansion.
- Complies with established safety practices.

Qualifications:
- Previous health care management experience in a program operations setting including some background in sales/marketing preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or at least 5 years experience in a wound care ambulatory setting in a supervisory position
