Business Advisor - Sr Level

Think Bank is hiring for an experienced Business Advisor to join our business banking team in Rochester. If you have a proven record in business banking with a strong background in credit and business development, the Business Advisor position could be a great fit for you.

As a Business Advisor, you will proactively grow and manage a portfolio of customers and expand business banking customer relationships by identifying needs and maximizing opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive banking product knowledge, advanced credit skills, and believe in a relationship-based approach to uncover the financial needs of our customers.

You will use your knowledge in business banking to identify needs, recommend products, and provide credit solutions to business customers. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong working knowledge of credit structuring, including credit analysis specific to business lending and commercial real estate.

You will play a key role as a Think team member working collaboratively with Think partners and branch teams cultivating strong integration of Think's products and services to carry out the Think's mission and positively impact the financial wellbeing of all Think customers.

As a Business Advisor, you will serve as an active and key member in Think's local business communities engaging in business networking and community activities, actively building a professional network and promoting the Think brand.

Education and Experience requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent and four years of lending, finance, or accounting experience OR Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
• Two years business banking experience required. 5-10 years experience preferred.

Compensation: $105K - $164K annual salary; Exempt
