What are the responsibilities and job description for the Consumer Banker position at Think Bank?
Think has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to serve as a Consumer Banker. As a Consumer Banker you will actively engage in inquiring conversations with customers and will provide financial care through thoughtful recommendations of products and services. You will work closely with branch team members to serve as a resource for other branch staff and integrate opportunities to improve our customer's financial well-being.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in conversation with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Open and maintenance consumer banking accounts
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of credit rules and principles, including being able to develop effective loan presentations
- Follow up with customers, as appropriate, to be sure their needs are met and their experience is exemplary
- Engage branch staff to ensure an outstanding, seamless experience for the customers
- Collaborate with business line advisors to provide customers the best options that serve their particular needs
- Ensure the safety and soundness of our organization by following policies and procedures
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- 2 years' experience in banking, financial services, or accounting
Schedule: This is a full-time position working approximately 40 hours/week. The hours and rotating schedule for this role will range from 8 AM - 6 PM Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 8:45 AM - 12:45 PM.
Compensation:$34.20/hour, non-exempt
