Think Bank is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Representative. As an Insurance Representative, you will work in a customer focused, team-centered environment, supporting customers, Think team members, and Insurance Advisors.
At Think Bank, we're on a mission to help our customers build a better financial life. As an Insurance Representative, you will play a key role in our Insurance Services team providing financial care and security to existing customers by delivering outstanding customer service.
As an Insurance Representative your typical day may include :
- Assisting customers by processing and monitoring claims
- Reviewing existing customers' insurance portfolio and making recommendations, quoting, and writing new business as appropriate
- Quoting and processing policy changes, cancellations, and updates
- Maintaining knowledge of insurance carriers' products, requirements, and procedures
- Adhering to all insurance services compliance requirements
- Contacting current customers regarding product options and provide value-added advice and recommendations
- Working with bank staff to build knowledge of a customer's full financial picture
Qualifications :
- Associate's degree in business, finance or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in insurance or customer service
- Minnesota state Property and Casualty insurance license required or must be obtained within three months
