Our client, a leading restaurant/retail organization, is seeking an Interim HR Director to oversee their U.S. operations. This role will serve as the most senior HR professional for the company, guiding key HR functions and supporting a workforce of 100 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits & Compensation Alignment – Ensure competitive and compliant compensation structures and benefits offerings, aligned with the fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).
- Strategic HR Planning – Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Talent Management – Oversee talent acquisition, retention strategies, and workforce planning.
- Employee Relations & Compliance – Address workplace issues, ensure HR policies comply with legal regulations, and foster a positive work environment.
- Leadership Development – Implement training and development programs to enhance leadership capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in restaurant/retail industries.
- Strong expertise in benefits, compensation, and compliance.
- Experience managing an HR team and overseeing multi-location workforces.
- Local to Irving, TX – ability to be onsite M-F
- Excellent interpersonal and strategic decision-making skills.
