Job Description :
We are seeking a Full-Time Project Manager / Draftsperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting skills, experience managing projects, and in-depth knowledge of NYC zoning and building codes. This role potentially offers the flexibility to work partially or entirely remotely using Microsoft Teams for daily check-ins if experience and productivity meet our standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare architectural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD.
- Manage projects related to condo, coop and restaurant renovations in the borough of Manhattan and enlargement and new construction of buildings in NYC’s outer boroughs.
- Ensure compliance with NYC zoning resolution and building code.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and city agencies.
- Submit and track permit applications and resolve objections from examiners.
- Organize and maintain project documentation and schedules.
- Attend virtual or in-person meetings as required.
