What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Loan Officer position at THINK Mortgage, Inc.?
As a mortgage originator/loan officer, you will have access to a full range of residential loan products that will allow you to meet the needs of almost every customer that you speak with. We offer a variety of conventional, jumbo, FHA/VA/USDA loans at very competitive rates. We also offer non-conventional(non QM)loan products.
You will be responsible for analyzing financial information of customers and determining the appropriate products based on the customer needs and financial status within allowable guidelines. Networking and relationship building activities are key successes of the individual and will include developing and creating contacts with realtors, builders, and contractors to enhance business. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of mortgage sales experience or general sales experience. The ideal candidate will possess a positive, upbeat attitude who can communicate well with his or her potential customers.
Requirements:
· Must have an existing book of business and realtor referral relationships
· Active MLO license or in-process.
· Proficient in Encompass is a plus
· At least 1-year experience in loan origination
· Product knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA programs
