Job Summary

The role also includes inventory tracking, product knowledge, and ensuring smooth operations in a customer-focused environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Greet patients, customers, and visitors promptly with a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor.
- Handle customer payment and credit transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the retail showroom’s cleanliness and appearance, ensuring the work area is neat and organized.
- Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maximize selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Accounting, and IT (Square) to track sales and inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper planning.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Square (point-of-sale software), including entering new products, running reports, and adjusting product information.
- Assist in the Agora Café, including preparing drinks and food as needed.
- Become knowledgeable in the SkinCeuticals line and confidently discuss products with customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules.
- Skill in providing exemplary customer service.
- Skill in communicating in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Skill in planning, organizing, and time management.
- Skill in using a computer and a variety of software, inventory management and Point of Sale (POS) software, Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Skill in managing multiple priorities and problem solving.
- Ability to maintain high levels of professional and personal integrity.
- Ability to convey professional demeanor and sound judgment in dealing with customers’ needs, protection of patient privacy, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to act as a good representative of the company.
