The Project Manager for ThinkBig Sites Digital Marketing is a great opportunity for an individual looking to continue their career in marketing. The position will engage with clients and follow the lead of the Marketing Director, including assisting with general tasks for the company or our book of clients. Tasks include working with Google Ads, Mailchimp, Klavio, Shopify, WordPress, design, content, social media, website development, and any other duty as assigned. A variety of experiences would be gained in this position, offering opportunities to any individual looking to strengthen their existing marketing skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Client and internal team engagements related to projects and deliverables.
- Project management best practices for new and existing projects.
- Knowledge of design and development of responsive websites that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with design and developers to implement designs using Wordpress, Shopify, HTML, and CSS.
- Maintain existing websites by performing updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compatibility across various browsers.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality visual designs for web applications.
- Support sales team related to presentations and sales materials for customer identification and presentation for services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design and usability.
- Build company brand awareness and positioning for new programs.
- Effective communication with both internal and external team members.
Experience
- Project management best practices for new and existing projects.
- Client and internal team engagements related to projects and KPIs.
- Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in website maintenance and troubleshooting common issues.
- Solid understanding of visual design principles, usability standards, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Wordpress, Shopify, HTML, and CSS is preferred.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
