The portfolio includes shopping centers, office properties, parking garages, and residential units across the New York Metro Area. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects within budget and on schedule while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage engineering, capital, and construction projects across diverse property types, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance standards.
Control and track project costs by reviewing contractor bids, leveling costs, and administering contracts to ensure financial efficiency.
Develop and refine project specifications by evaluating existing conditions, engineering plans, work requirements, and design standards.
Maintain and monitor project schedules, resolve project-related challenges, and coordinate cross-functional activities for timely project delivery.
Prepare comprehensive project status reports, analyze trends, and recommend actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Conduct technical studies and produce cost estimates to support informed decision-making.
