Position Description :
- Perform BA functions such as : conduct business needs identification, business analysis planning, stakeholder analysis and change activities, and requirements analysis and design definition
- Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current / to-be processes with key customer stakeholders
- Capture end-user requirements, write user stories, and maintain user stories leveraging ServiceNow and communicate requirements so that development teams can work effectively, and ensure areas of complexity are understood and investigated appropriately to review opportunities, blockers, problems, and issues that arise; Analyze and verify requirements against existing and planned product capabilities
Capture requirements and maintain requirements documentation to ensure all approved business requirements, use cases, process flows, and reporting requirements are up to date
