Looking for Discharge Planning RN in Lebanon, OR
Job Type: 13 weeks full time contract
Shift: Days (0730-1700), rotating weekends
Guaranteed Hours per week: 40
Overtime Starts After 40 Hours
REQUIREMENTS:
- Three (3) years Registered Nurse (RN) experience required.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
- Three (3) years hospital nursing experience preferred.
- Acute care utilization review, discharge planning or case management experience preferred.
- Utilization Review or other inpatient Case Management certification preferred.
- Experience or training in insurance benefits or covered services including Medicare and Medicaid preferred.
