Position Summary :

Reporting directly to the Chief Business & Operating Officer, the ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functionality across departments by managing processes, resourcing and execution of business support needed to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. This role requires a highly proactive, adaptable, and results-driven individual who is ownership-driven.

Essential Functions :

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with department heads to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for the executive team.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives and business plans.
Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain strong business relationships.
Evaluate, manage, negotiate, and maintain company-wide subscriptions, business insurances, and vendor relations.
Assist in the negotiation and organization of contracts, files, NDAs, MSAs and other documents.
Additional duties and responsibilities as requested.
Work primarily onsite in Spring House, PA

Preferred Experience :

Bachelor’s degree

5 years of experience in an operations management role, ideally with direct experience in biotechnology or the life science industry

Detail oriented, solution driven with excellent written and verbal communication analytical, and presentation skills

Budget and Forecasting experience preferred

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective at communicating across all levels in the organization

Strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines

Enjoys a challenging, fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills; effective on teams as well as individually

Results driven; adaptable, flexible and creative in developing new improvement ideas and solution

Salary :

Ranges from $163,000 to $214,000
