Job Description
Sales Operations Specialist
As a Sales Operations Specialist, reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll be helping us to improve our sales efficiency and effectiveness. You'll help the Revenue Operations team with refining our sales processes and continuously improving and maintaining our sales tools. Your role will involve mapping out various revenue processes, documenting it and making sure tooling architecture supports the updated processes.
Responsibilities:
Map, develop, implement, and optimise sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Partner with the Head of Revenue Operations and Sales Operations Manager to ensure processes are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with business goals.
Document revenue processes in detail, creating a knowledge base to drive alignment and consistency across teams.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing user access, permissions, and tool configurations.
Support the Head of Revenue Operations and Sales Operations Manager in executing strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects.
Help with adoption of good practices and intended ways of working in tools like Salesforce and Gong ensuring proper utilisation and integration.
Collaborate with extended Commercial Teams to map out various internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement in the area of sales operations
Upkeep reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide insights into sales performance and productivity
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in sales operations and revenue technology.
Proactively suggest enhancements to tools, processes, and systems to improve scalability and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Professional experience with a focus in Sales, Commercial or Business Operations preferably in a B2B Environment
Salesforce proficiency required
Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to work with both technical and non-technical teams
Proven ability to be proactive, autonomous, and make practical trade-offs when vital.
Ability to foresee and analyze project risks and develop risk management plans.
Strong team player, that represents the Sales Operations function with integrity and partnership
Strong prioritisation skills, able to manage a busy schedule and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude
Working knowledge of Gong preferred
Flexible and excited by every day being different
