- Focus on growing and diversifying ACME Welding's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer needs and inquiries.
- Tailor solutions to meet the specific requirements of clients in the welding and fabrication industry.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager to set and achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable agreements for both parties.
- Secure contracts aligned with ACME Welding’s business objectives and client needs.
- Stay informed on industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Provide valuable feedback to internal teams based on customer and market insights.

- Proven expertise in sales, particularly in the welding, fabrication, or related industries.
