We are currently seeking an experienced Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' premises, personnel, and assets. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect security threats
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
- Enforce company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in unarmed security
- Strong understanding of security principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications a plus
- Clean criminal record and ability to pass a background check
