The successful candidate will also maintain close contact with borrowers, realtors, and sellers throughout the process to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
We offer comprehensive training for this position and prioritize doing what's right for our customers. Our loan administrators are not commissioned-based, allowing them to focus on providing personalized service.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Retail financial experience or loan processing experience preferred
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- 1st Mortgage loan experience a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
Our Columbus Mortgage Loan Production Office is located at 155 Hidden Ravines Drive, Suite B, Powell, OH 43065. We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
