Job Description:
Third Federal is currently looking for a high energy, well organized & detailed associate to join our Loan Servicing Team. Loan Servicing Associates help process transactions associated with Third Federal’s loan portfolio. Responsibilities may include preparing loan satisfactions, managing the receipt of and follow up process for recorded mortgage loan documents, loan payoff quoting, loan payoff processing, assisting with department phone calls and the quality control of newly boarded loans.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of banking experience
- 1-3 years of mortgage loan processing experience preferred
- Experience and familiarity with different mortgage loan products
- Experience with data entry and working within loan processing systems
- Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to clearly communicate with internal and external Customers
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
