Job Overview:
Third Party International (TPI) is seeking experienced Continuous Improvement Consultants to support client initiatives in the Naples, Florida area. This role is flexible and hourly, offering the opportunity to work on-demand based on client project needs. Ideal candidates will have a background in Manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering and a passion for driving operational excellence through proven improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify, analyze, and resolve process inefficiencies in manufacturing, supply chain, and operational workflows.
- Use Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality.
- Develop and implement tailored solutions, including standard work procedures, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
- Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and Kaizen events to deliver measurable improvements.
- Establish key performance metrics and track progress toward achieving operational goals.
- Monitor suppliers and improve supplier-client communication
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality and operational issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Quality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma (certification preferred), and other CI methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industries is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a variety of client environments and demands.
