Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager who is as comfortable writing code as they are managing project deliverables. In this role, you will serve obviously as a core team developer but utilize and manage external help from various sources, ensuring that projects across multiple platforms are delivered with excellence. 

You will work hands-on with our native mobile apps (Swift/Flutter), Roku app, React-based web game, Unity mobile games, and our blockchain projects on Solana. 

This role requires a constant learner with strong coding chops, an engineering mindset, and excellent organizational skills to review, integrate, and manage code contributions from diverse teams.


Responsibilities:


Technical Leadership & Integration

  • Serve as core development member for multi-platform projects, ensuring high-quality code integration across all projects.
  • Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and pull request management to maintain / improve live titles in production and build and plan new features.

External Team & Contractor Management

  • Identify, vet, and onboard external teams and contractors for specialized projects.
  • Manage external deliverables, ensuring they align with project milestones and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with external teams to resolve issues, facilitate pull requests, and merge external contributions smoothly.

Project Oversight & Communication

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines.
  • Organize, lead, and document technical meetings, ensuring clear communication between all teams.
  • Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to keep deliverables on schedule.

Talent Development & Process Improvement

  • Participate in interviewing, mentoring, and code reviewing potential hires and external collaborators.
  • Continuously seek improvements in development processes and advocate for the adoption of new, effective technologies.
  • Maintain a pulse on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation across projects.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of experience in software development, ideally with a proven track record of delivering multi-platform projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in hands-on coding and technical problem-solving across multiple tech stacks
  • Experience in working in a reviewer role, deliverable tracking, and code integration.
  • Strong proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated, lifelong learner with an engineering mindset who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with blockchain development, particularly on the Solana platform.
  • Prior involvement in game development or related fields.
  • Previous experience in interviewing, mentoring, or leading engineering teams.
